It was all fun, glitz, and glamour at the Cellulant inaugural partner’s summit Awards &Gala night. The Awards & Gala night was the wrap up of a 2-day intensive workshop on how Agriculture can be utilized to create wealth for Nigeria & Nigerians by Nigerians. The summit themed “Technology For Transformation: Connecting Everyone to Nigeria’s $50bn Agribusiness Opportunity & Creating Jobs For Africa’s Youth” held at Oriental Hotel, Lagos on the 18th – 19th December 2019.

Cellulant Group has affirmed its commitment to eliminating inefficiency and wastages in Nigeria and Africa’s Agric value chain with the unveiling of its improved payment and market place solutions, Tingg and Agrikore.

Cellulant’s quest to absorb 1Million Nigerian youths into Agribusiness is primarily to solve the recurrent challenge of produce loss between the farmer and the consumer and to unlock the $50bn Agribusiness Opportunity in Nigeria.

“For over 15-years, Cellulant has deployed tech innovations to advance the business of agriculture in Nigeria. The company has been able to use its solutions to connect various stakeholders who never had the opportunity to interface in the past years.” General Yakubu Gowon (rtd), Chairman of Cellulant Group, said at the Gala Night before the unveiling.

“The Cellulant summit will enable entrepreneurs to connect and interface with potential growth partners and Cellulant’s global executive team.” He concluded.

The occasion was attended by critical stakeholders in the agribusiness ecosystem including farmers, aggregators, logistics planners, food processors and retailers. The event was hosted by legendary MC/Compere Frank Edoho and Nigerian entertainment icon, Tubaba was in attendance to thrill the audience. See photos below:
